the surrounding is amazing. unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the farm as much as we'd like to due to the bad weather. the chalet is surprisingly warm we only need to turn the heater on the lowest setting. all round great experience for a young family.
limited farm activities available

The chalet was in pristine condition, very clean and tidy. The surrounding scenery was breathtaking with beautiful views and picturesque walks. I loved waking up to see the cows and the sunrise each morning. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. the chalet had all the amenities and facilities we needed.
The beds were not very comfortable, which affected our overall experience. The mattresses were quite hard, leading to some sleepless nights, especially for our kids who couldn't sleep on the bunk beds.

My recent stay at a charming chalet in Dunbar was absolutely wonderful. The chalet was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a self-catering stay. The large wrap-around decking area with various seating areas was an amazing bonus, especially with the great weather we were lucky to have. The peaceful evenings were perfect for relaxation, and the highlight of my stay was meeting Bracken the donkey, who absolutely adored getting a good back rub!

The location of this place was fantastic, with beautiful scenery and close proximity to lovely seaside towns and Edinburgh. We enjoyed exploring the nearby beaches and taking in the stunning views. the host was very welcoming and accommodating, making our stay more enjoyable.
There were some drawbacks during our stay. The mattresses were quite hard, leading to uncomfortable nights and sleepless moments, especially for those who are not accustomed to sleeping on a firm surface.
